Signium Africa, an alliance of Korn Ferry is pleased to announce they have been awarded the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) membership.

AESC is a worldwide professional association for the retained and executive Head-hunter search industry. It promotes the highest levels of standards in retained executive search.

Membership approval is a rigorous process. It is only awarded to companies that pass a comprehensive review process encompassing a financial and governance review, as well as client and peer/competitor interviews.
