Signium Africa is proud to announce the promotion of Matheko Waleng to the position of Consultant. Matheko, who joined Signium Africa in 2022 as Principal, has been a key contributor to the company's success.
With 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 11 years in executive search at boutique and global firms, Matheko brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has led placements for various C-suite assignments across industries such as financial services, technology, consumer, and industrial sectors. Matheko also has experience working with State Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
She is passionate about partnering with clients and candidates to ensure the best fit for both and to help businesses move forward.
