Annelize van Rensburg is the Global Chair of Signium and Director of Executive Search at Signium Africa, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
She focuses on the search and selection of executive, board and senior leadership talent across Sub-Saharan Africa.
She has spent more than 26 years advising organisations on leadership, succession, and board appointments across multiple sectors and has had the privilege of working with companies, public entities, and state-owned enterprises throughout the continent. While her focus includes agriculture, academia, financial services, industrial and consumer sectors, and ICT, her experience is not limited to these areas.
As Chair of Signium Global she works with members who serve organisations and boards across 32 countries.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science from the Rand Afrikaans University (now the University of Johannesburg) and is bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
