Annelize van Rensburg is the global Chair of Signium and a founding member of Signium Africa. She firmly believes that the integrated talent solutions offered to clients represents the future of search and talent management and will greatly benefit existing and future clients.

Michelle Moss

Director: Assessments
Michelle is a founding member and a shareholder of Talent Africa, now Signium Africa. She heads up the Assessment Services Practice for Signium Africa and has worked on numerous small and large scale talent management projects with clients across a variety of industries.

Matheko Waleng

Director: Executive Search
Matheko has 13 years’ experience in talent acquisition, nine of which have been in executive search at both boutique and global firms. Her experience spans various industries including financial services, technology, consumer as well as industrial working on numerous C-suite and board roles.

Lesley Mawhinney

Executive Search Consultant

Lesley Mawhinney is a seasoned executive search consultant who joined Signium Africa in 2026. She has close to three decades of experience advising boards and leadership teams across various sectors in South Africa.
