Annelize van Rensburg is the Global Chair of Signium and Director of Executive Search at Signium Africa, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

She focuses on the search and selection of executive, board and senior leadership talent across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Matheko has 15 years’ experience in talent acquisition, 11 years of which have been in executive search at both boutique and global firms.  Her experience spans various industries including financial services, technology, consumer as well as industrial working on numerous C-suite and board roles.

Michelle is a founding member and a shareholder of Talent Africa, now Signium Africa. She heads up the Assessment Services Practice for Signium Africa and has worked on numerous small and large scale talent management projects with clients across a variety of industries.

Lesley Mawhinney is a seasoned executive search consultant who joined Signium Africa in 2026. She has close to three decades of experience advising boards and leadership teams across various sectors in South Africa.
